1. Who we are

internationalalloys.app is operated by International Alloys Ltd (company number [company number]), registered at [registered office address], United Kingdom. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean International Alloys Ltd; "you" means the person placing an order or using the site.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you receive an order acknowledgement or when payment is taken.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot verify the fitment for your vehicle). If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

3. Fitment matching

Our fitment tool matches wheels to the factory fitment data published for your vehicle. This is a guide to help you choose, not a guarantee. Vehicles vary by trim, modification, brake upgrade and existing hardware, so the final fit is always confirmed at fitting.

Occasionally a wheel that matches on paper needs additional fitting hardware — such as spacers or hub-centric rings — or may not be suitable once on the vehicle. Where that is the case we will tell you before fitting and, if the wheel cannot be made to fit, we will arrange a return or exchange under our Returns policy. Fitment intelligence is provided by AIWheelTech.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Wheels are typically sold as a set of four; some sizes and finishes are priced higher than others and the price shown reflects the size you select.

Payment is taken securely through Worldpay. We do not store your full card details. If a price is obviously wrong we are not obliged to honour it and will let you know before processing your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, timescales and costs are set out in our Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

6. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and separate rights if goods are faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 7. Warranty

Wheels are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Damage caused by kerbing, accident, incorrect fitting, misuse or normal wear is not covered.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses arising from fitting carried out by a third party not appointed by us. Wheels are a safety-critical component — always have them fitted and torqued by a competent professional.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding and the AIWheelTech fitment technology are owned by International Alloys or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
