Fitment & sizing

You tell us your vehicle and we match wheels against its published factory fitment data — stud pattern (PCD), centre bore, offset range and the sizes that vehicle was designed around. Our fitment intelligence is powered by AIWheelTech. It's the best guide there is, but it's a guide: final fit is always confirmed at fitting.

No — and we'd be wary of anyone who says it is. We match to your vehicle's factory data, but cars vary by trim, brake upgrades, suspension and existing hardware, so the final fit is confirmed when the wheels go on. If a wheel we matched genuinely can't be made to fit your car, we'll sort an exchange or refund.

PCD (stud pattern, e.g. 5x112) is the number of bolts and the circle they sit on. Centre bore is the hole in the middle that locates the wheel on the hub. Offset (ET) is how far the mounting face sits from the wheel's centreline — it sets how far the wheel tucks in or pokes out. We match all three to your vehicle automatically.

Square means the same wheel size on all four corners. Staggered means wider wheels on the rear than the front — common on performance and rear-wheel-drive cars. When your car supports both, you'll see a 'same size all round' / 'wider rears' choice, and we price each as a full set.

Occasionally. Some otherwise-matching wheels need a hub-centric ring to locate perfectly, or a small spacer to clear a caliper. If that applies to your order we'll tell you and include what's needed — you won't be caught out at fitting.

Often, yes — many cars take a range of diameters and widths. We only show you sizes that match your vehicle's fitment data, so you can size up or down within what's sensible for your car. If you want a specific look, ask and we'll talk it through.

Wheels & finishes

Yes — every wheel is brand new and supplied through official channels. They carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.

Most models come in several finishes — gloss black, silver, polished, matt, bronze, anthracite and more depending on the brand. On a wheel's page you'll see 'also available in…' with the other finishes of the same model.

Yes. Wheels are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights. Damage from kerbing, accidents, incorrect fitting or normal wear isn't covered.

We show the recommended tyre sizes for your vehicle so you know exactly what you need. Tyre sales are coming as we finalise supply — for now the sizing is there to help you order with confidence.

Delivery & fitting

Where your chosen wheels are stocked at a partner location near you, we can deliver in as little as an hour by dedicated courier. Otherwise we ship from our UK-wide network — most orders arrive within a few working days, and we show the expected timescale before you order.

Our partner network acts as a distributed warehouse. If your postcode is within about 40 miles of a partner location holding your wheels, you qualify for 1-hour delivery — shown at checkout. We're live in London and Manchester first and adding locations all the time, which widens the zone.

1-hour express delivery is £40 where available. Standard delivery timescales and costs are shown at checkout based on your postcode and the wheels you've chosen.

Wheels are a safety-critical component, so always have them fitted and torqued to the manufacturer's spec by a competent professional, and re-check torque after a short drive. We're building an approved-fitter network — ask us about fitting in your area.

Orders & payment

Find your vehicle, pick your wheels and size, add the set to your basket and check out. We match everything to your car as you go, so you can buy with confidence.

Yes. Payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider and we never store your full card details. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't dispatched we can usually amend it. After dispatch, your 14-day cancellation right applies for online orders — see our Returns policy.

Yes — every order generates a VAT invoice, and we're the single point of contact for your order, warranty and support regardless of which partner location holds the stock.

Returns & warranty

As a consumer buying online you can cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the wheels are unused, unfitted and in original condition. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Tell us. Our matching is a guide and final fit is confirmed at fitting — if a wheel we matched to your car genuinely can't be made to fit, we'll arrange an exchange or refund.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a 30-day right to reject faulty or incorrect goods for a full refund, and we'll cover return costs. Let us know as soon as you spot a problem.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof you've sent them) to your original payment method.

Dealers & partners

Yes — we run a dealer and partner programme for garages and shops. You sell wheels without needing to be a wheel expert; our AI does the fitment, we handle stock, invoicing and fulfilment, and you take the profit.

Both sell through the same catalogue with their own pricing. Partners hold stock and become forward-positioned nodes in the 1-hour delivery network; dealers sell on demand. We'll walk you through which fits your business when you apply.

Head to 'Become a dealer' and register your interest — we'll be in touch to get you set up.

AIWheelTech is the technology behind the platform — the fitment intelligence that matches wheels to your vehicle's factory data, plus the systems that run stock, imagery and the customer experience.

Yes. Our core systems are self-hosted in the UK, we don't sell your data or hand it to advertising networks, and we use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
