Delivery

Last updated 8 June 2026

How and when your wheels arrive depends on where you are and whether your chosen wheels are held nearby in our partner network. Here's what to expect.

1. 1-hour delivery zones

Where your chosen wheels are in stock at a partner location within roughly 40 miles of your postcode, we can deliver in as little as an hour by dedicated courier. This is a paid express service shown at checkout when your postcode qualifies, charged at £40.

We are live in London and Manchester first, and adding partner locations all the time — each new location widens the 1-hour zone.

2. Standard delivery

Outside a 1-hour zone, or when your wheels aren't held locally, we ship from our network or order them in from the supplier. Most orders arrive within a few working days; some sizes and finishes carry a longer lead time. We'll show the expected timescale before you order and keep you updated.

3. Tracking and ETAs

We'll email you updates as your order is prepared and dispatched, including an estimated arrival window. If you have any questions about a delivery, contact us with your order number.

4. Delivery and risk

Please check your wheels on arrival. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a delivery fails or no one is available, the courier will leave a card or contact you to rearrange. Persistent failed deliveries may be returned to us, and we'll be in touch to re-arrange.

5. Fitting

Wheels are a safety-critical component. Always have them fitted and torqued to the manufacturer's specification by a competent professional, and re-check torque after the first short drive.
