Returns & Refunds

Last updated 8 June 2026

We want you on the right wheels. This policy explains how to cancel, return or get a refund, and your rights if something is wrong with your order.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — no reason needed. Let us know by email within that period, then return the wheels within 14 days of telling us.

To get a full refund the wheels must be unused, unfitted and in their original, unmarked condition and packaging. Wheels that have been fitted to a vehicle, kerbed or marked can no longer be sold as new and may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your wheels must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are faulty or we sent the wrong item, you have a 30-day right to reject for a full refund, and we will cover return costs. Tell us as soon as you notice the problem.

3. Wheels that won't fit

Our fitment matching is a guide and final fit is confirmed at fitting. If a wheel that we matched to your vehicle genuinely cannot be made to fit — including with appropriate hardware — contact us and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

4. Special and made-to-order items

Some finishes or sizes are produced or ordered specifically for you. Where an item is made to order or personalised, the standard 14-day cancellation right may not apply. We will make this clear before you buy. Your rights for faulty goods are unaffected.

5. How to return and get your refund

  • Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return.
  • Pack the wheels securely in their original packaging.
  • For cancellations under the 14-day right, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or incorrect.
  • We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them), to your original payment method.
