Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data International Alloys collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information you provide through internationalalloys.app.

1. Data we collect

  • Account and contact details — name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
  • Order information — the vehicle and wheels you choose, order history and correspondence.
  • Payment information — processed directly by Worldpay; we receive confirmation of payment and never store your full card number.
  • Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used. Our analytics are first-party and do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.

2. How we use it

We use your data to:

  • process and deliver your order, and provide support and returns;
  • match wheels to your vehicle and confirm fitment;
  • keep you updated about your order and delivery;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations;
  • improve the site and our service.

3. Lawful bases

We process your data to perform our contract with you (your order), to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business. Where the law requires consent — for example certain marketing — we will ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to fulfil your order, including:

  • the partner location and courier handling your delivery;
  • Worldpay, our payment processor;
  • our accountants and, where required, HMRC and other authorities;
  • service providers who help us run the site under strict confidentiality.

5. Where your data is held

Our core systems and the AIWheelTech fitment and AI services are self-hosted on our own infrastructure in the UK. We do not sell your data or send it to third-party advertising networks.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements (generally six years for financial records). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it, subject to those obligations.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site and your basket work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

9. Contact and complaints

To exercise any of your rights or ask a question, email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
