This wheel was developed to impress both visually and functionally, with clean lines and a flow-optimised shape giving any vehicle a sporty and powerful look. The design features ten striking, slightly offset spokes with precisely manufactured turbine-like contours in the horn area that create an optical rotation effect, lending the wheel an even greater dynamic. The turbine-shaped spokes also help dissipate heat from the brakes for an extra aerodynamic effect. The R70-blue variant was launched as the world's first carbon-neutral wheel, representing a milestone in the Ronal Group's PLANBLUE sustainability concept. Manufactured in Germany using 100% green electricity, the wheel consists of mostly reused aluminium which is 100% recyclable. The Ronal Group has been a member of the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) since 2018, guaranteeing compliance with strict sustainability criteria. For emissions that cannot be avoided in production, the Ronal Group compensates with a Gold Standard certified project.
