Borbet Y Alloy Wheel The Borbet Y is a cast alloy wheel manufactured in Germany by Borbet GmbH. Described as a "real evergreen" in Borbet's range, the Y sits within the Classic category and has established itself as a long-standing popular design among car enthusiasts. TÜV approved with ABE certification available for a wide range of vehicles. Design & Construction The Y-spoke design reinterprets the classic star shape of conventional alloy wheels. The spokes run with a slight bend from the rim to the centre of the wheel, breaking up traditional spoke patterns and creating the distinctive Y-style. The wheel hub sits low in the centre, placing visual focus on the curved spokes.
