Borbet XV Alloy Wheel The Borbet XV is a cast alloy wheel manufactured in Germany by Borbet GmbH. The XV stands for design and robustness, combining stylish aesthetics with high load-bearing capability for heavier vehicles including electric cars and premium SUVs. ABE and ECE approved. Design & Construction The XV combines a striking visual design with robust engineering suited for heavy vehicle applications. The wheel features glossy turning, where the surface is turned on a high-precision, computer-controlled CNC lathe using a diamond cutting insert so that it reflects light and brings out the natural lustre of the metal. After machining, the wheels are sealed with clear lacquer. High wheel load alloy wheels like the XV are specially designed to withstand extreme loads and provide reliable performance in demanding conditions, with robust construction and high-quality materials ensuring excellent stability and durability even under intensive use.
